re op ba after having a baby?

i had a baby 8 weeks ago and have been told i need to wait 6 months until i can have a re op is this right? also has anyone else had a breast enlargement then had a baby did you have your boobs done again or not? and did yours chance threw pregnany? as i have gone up a cup size but the shape seems to have changed and one looks lowerdown than the other if that makes sense xx
