Realistic Recovery Time?

I’m 9dpo still got terrible burning stingy pain under my left boob and since last night it started riding up the right hand side of my boob too, feeling so miserable with it. I was convinced I’d better nearly better by now and I feel like I’m getting worse.
How long does the recovery usually take? I had 350cc partials

It’s different for everyone hun, sounds like it’s nerves Re connecting, take pain killers. Pain should subside 7-21 days x
