Really concerned about going over the muscle

I have my operation next week which I’m really excited about but my surgeon has stated that he wants to go over the muscle which is really worrying me. I’m a 32a and told him that I want to be a very natural looking C cup, I’ve read almost everywhere that under the muscle gives the most natural look particularly with smaller boobs to begin with so I’m concerned that he’s adamant to go over and offered up to 400cc’s. I know everybody is different but I’m really scared of having fake looking boobs 😮 has anybody else had over the muscle implants with smaller boobs? Xx

Hiya hun, I started a very empty 34b and had 400cc overs, I do not think they look fake at all. They go really well with my size and I personally think they look really naturel. I am going to upload a couple more pics shorlty, please feel free to add and take a look 🙂 xx

Hi Hun. I had 400 overs and so glad I did!! So natural looking and I was a 32a before. Just shows you dont need to go under to look natural xx I’m 6 days post op so still quite swollen in pics x

I’m 2 weeks-op, I had 455, ultra high, overs. Its too early to predict final outcome, however looks natural so far. Even though I still have swelling, natural slope is becoming visible already 🙂
P.S implants create too much reflection so all the pics you’ll see here, most of the girls look at least 10 times better than their pics.

Thanks for commenting back 🙂 I think I was just getting paranoid listening to other peoples stories about what they think is best! I understand everybody will require a different placement, style etc… I’m sure your results are amazing the ones I’ve seen look great already! I definitely feel more confident about my surgeons recommendations now hope you all have a speedy recovery xx
