    Hi,

Thanks for your comment’s, thats help me re – think my size, going alittle bigger for under is gonna be better because 20% is quite alot to lose.

Who are you having as your surgeon? x

    Menu

    Im also a size 6
it depends how much tissue you already have, ive been through 2 pregnancies so i have enough tissue for an implant to be on top of the muscle
i am having 410cc over that will give me a dd

if you have not much tissue(tight skin) or are flat chested, the surgeons usually reccomend going under the muscle as it looks less “obvious” as it would sticking an implant just under the skin of a flat chested person (victoria beckham)

I would say go for a 380cc if you want a dd and are under the muscle as you lose around 20% size just by going under the muscle, and most people complain they were too small.

Well good luck with the saving you will appriciate them more having to wait for them x

It all depends on how much breast tissue you have to start with!

Im a full perky C and just want bigger but it was my surgeon that suggested I had overs has there was no need of me going under. Its supposed to be less painful too so im happy about that

If your having unders id suggest you went abit bigger, its better than being uphappy with the size after!

    Hi,

I heard that unders look more natural then overs but then you lose some size when the go under so this making me think shall i go alittle bigger? x

im size 6 aswell and 30a, am gna have 380cc to take me to a d-dd, u get to try the implant in ur bra and top to see what it will look like, i told him i didnt want them to look really fake, the size im havin looked quite big on me because im short and really slim but i was happy with the size, i wouldnt of gone bigger than that.x
