Really need advice on unders or overs

Iv got my surgery a week today Tuesday 11th September and I’m so stuck on what to get unders or over. He said I could have either, personally I want the fake look, the total fullness and roundness, I don’t want them to be smoothed over st the top and the rounded at the bottom I’ve seen some overs that look the way I want and some not. Then again seen unders that look the way I want and then some not. HELP please. I’m having 400cc HP from a very flat 32A xx

I had 380 overs but moderate from a 34a, mine look pretty round, so HP will look rounder, as you’ll have more projection than mine, if you go under the muscle it will hide the top of the implant more, I can’t post pics but have an insta it’s ba_380_overs xx
