Really really high boobs

Hi, I’m 10 days po and my boobs are still really really high up even though they’ve dropped a little since op. has anyone else had this issue? Would love to hear to settle nerves.i used to have high boobs before I had my kids and weight loss, but don’t remember them being this high Thanks in advance xx
