reassurance !!!

I am having my op with dr Marcellino 2 weeks today and this past hour I have completely changed my mind and I have no idea what to do!
He recommended 325cc Unders High Profile and I was adamant I wanted Mod Plus for the more natural look.. The biggest cc he could give me in Mod Plus was 275-300cc so I sort of set myself on the 300cc ones.. After looking at pictures on here I now have no idea what do go for as im scared the Mod Plus will look too small!

Has anyone had 325cc UHP from a 32b or 300cc Mod Plus and have any pictures? Starting to worry 🙁

Ah thank you so much girls! Yeah I think I will try and speak to my patient co-ordinator about it as im really stuck. She did say that I can ask my surgeon to try putting the different implants during surgery and decide what he thinks looks best, i’m just not sure! Probably doesn’t help that im like the most indecisive person ever haha.

Hey- I josh had HP. I’m only a week post op but I think mine are quite natural looking! I had 275cc and they feel huge on me… I’m quite small tho so depends on your stats how the implants will look. See pics on my profile X

Hey hun I had mod plus and they come up wider than Hp.

If you want to consider a different profile to what was agreed u need to see ur surgeon again so they can order it in or discuss the differences between the two and how the outcomes would be.

If I were u I’d contact ur pc and get her to check ur file. Ur surgeon may have already put u down for both projections. My surgeon ordered hp and mod plus but decided on the day to use mod plus after looking at pics she had previously took.
I had 335cc under the muscle feel free to check my progress pics I’m 5wks post op now. Hope tht helps fxxxxx

Aw thanks! how has your recovery been?? I am small too, 5’3 and just under 8 stone at the moment, I just am worried about the 325cc in HP looking abit fake and stuck on as i have such a small frame. Im really excited now!! I have just added you 🙂

Hey Fran, yeah i emailed her and she said he recommends 325 HP but has also ordered me 275 and 300 in moderate plus! I was originally set on Moderate but after looking at peoples on here who have had HP im sort of stuck in the middle.. Just looked at your pics and yours look amaze, bet you are so happy. I’m scared that Moderate Plus will look really flat on me as i practically have nothing there at the moment.. Going to have to call my PC for abit more advice I think.. How was your recovery after having them under the muscle? thats what im having too Xx

Hey Poppy, thanks so much! Yeh I’m really happy with them tbh I had my heart set on mod plus because I wanted them to be wider amd not stick out too much cos they would look so stupid on my frame. Believe it or not tho when I tried on the bodies in pics they do stick out a lot. I will have to tape down the deep plunge cos the m arterial is just like pinging off my boobs at a ski slope angle which make it obvious they’re fake boobs. So I’m glad I didn’t go hp cos it would have been quite a dramatic change.

I’d say if u don’t have a really large gap and ur boobs to project more push for hp. If u go for mod plus and ur a AA or A cup I reckon go with the biggest cc. If u already have an ok amount of breast tissue at the bottom I think it should be OK. Also if ur having unders they will look natural regardless of the projection in my opinion cos ur getting.f moderately sized implants (under 350/400) and they shouldn’t overstretch ur skin.

Ur surgeon will try them all anyway and fit which ever looks best usually unless u have a specific preferrence.

My recovery was ok tbh I took some supplements for a fewonrha before hand, stopped going gym and training cos it would make my muscles tight and more painful to heal. I ate a high protein diet before and after the op. Made sure I didn’t eat any crap and just rested up! Pineapple juice helped me with the swelling also. The pain was pretty hardcore once the morphine wore off but tht was when I was in the hospital. I stopped taking the cocodemol after day 2 cos it made me feel really sick and woozy I nearly fainted.

A top top tip tho do not overeat the day before ur op.i stopped eating from around 9pm the night before ans it was just a light meal. If u eat too much on ur last meal ur more likely to throw up.

I sort of wish ideally i could get mod plus but in a bigger cc then i think id be happy, but he said because moderate plus are wider i could only have a maximum of 300cc as even that is 1cm bigger than my chest (if that makes sense).. When you got there did you get to see the different sized implants and did that give you a better idea? I think it will just be a case of me either deciding on the day or him deciding for me haha. Poppy! Ive just had unders mod or modplus i beleive not looked just yet but i have 350ccs i have a very wide frame and my pec is small as i am only 5ft my upper body is smaller than average to have long limbs… annoying when it comes to buying clothes.

Try the sizes on again, i tried mine on 2/3 times and then knew 450 was the size for me as looked natural, i know you dont get a proper guesstimate for post op with the sizes but helped.
Now they are in they look pretty similar size to what i tried them in the office. Starting to swell alot now as i only had them yesterday at 5pm so will see how i go.

They dont look that far apart and look a decent high if not abit higher but i know they need to soften and drop.

Speak to your pc , take some photos, ask family and close friends this helped me realise i was going for the right sort of size!

Hey hun sorry I always write essays! I just tried the sizers on but I don’t think they were mod plus ones tbh I just tried them on to work out the cc. I was offered 275 at first and 300 max but I went back and had another consultation and pushed for 325. It’s worth a try u never kno! There’s not much in 25cc bur cos I had an uplift I was under the impression I’d lose a bit of boob and everyone says u loose a bit when u have unders also. Tbh I don’t think I’ve lost anything cos they’re both really round and full.

Ask to see the different profiles and feel them /put them against ur chest to work it out. I’m sure whatever ur surgeon has suggested will be fine. Ur prob no where near as gappy as I was in the begining fxxx

I really need help…. I have my surgery booked 21st Feb with dr traynor. Ive been offered 250-275-300 max. Im soon confused what size I’m thinking the 300cc
I’m only small tho 5 foot, 7 stone 5 and a 32 a poss 30a I’m getting hp partials ( which I’m lead to believe that just means unders) and info ladies/ pics would be great I’m worrying now as don’t want to look top heavy X

Hi lovely, today I had 325cc mod plus unders with Dr Linda Fiumara. She was going to use HP but changed her mind in surgery. I am so glad I listened to her as I love them already. Feel free to add me as I’ll post progress updates for everyone. When I was reaseching this forum helped me so much and I kept checking all the time
So I hope this helps. I was 34A and she said I had loose skin, slightly tubular. I’m 5ft 2lbs and weighed at 8st 8 with the nurse. Before and after attached. Xxx

Hey girls I’m 1 day post op today, pain is pretty unreal but I’m so glad it’s all done with! I had 300cc Mod Plus Unders! Will try post a pic when I can! Got a lot of strapping on and a breast band though so I haven’t really seen yet. xx
