Reaugmentation with intrinsic release – tubular

Hi guys
Just had my surgeon consultation with Dr Mashadi. I have 300cc unders at the moment (8 years ago) but he said I have slight tubular breasts and it’s likely this was ignored in the first surgery. He therefore recommended 400cc with intrinsic release, and possible assemetry correction and even a nipple lift – I’m thinking of intrinsic release and symmetry correction plus the 400cc – anyone else been offered anything similar? Thanks 🙂
