Reccomended by a friend, do i get £££££ of my surgery???

Hi

I have booked my surgery for January, my friend reccomended me to mya and my pc has told me she will get £100 which is great but am i right in thinking i should get money of my price for this? Dont know if i have read this right or not so before i ring my pc wanted to get my facts right lol!!! I have in my head i should get an extra £150 off???
