Recommend best sports bra

Hi girls been signed off by nurse to start back down the gym. Can anyone recommend a good sports bra. Now i have boobs i want to make sure i look after them so know how important a decent sports bra will be. X

Im 3 weeks post op and did a spin class last night, no arms at all just legs, really couldn’t resist going ????

Hi susan thank you ill check tkmaxx out. She said very light weights and pretty much back to gym cardio etc just to be careful. How did u find it hun as i was thinking spin would be a good one to start back with xx
