    Hello lovelies!
Having a good old stress over sports bras! my PC told me to get some asda once they come in a 2 pack and it’s what I used to try my sizers on…

Anyway having looked online and in store it seems the smallest size they do is a 34 back measurement. At the moment I wear 30 and 32 back bras (30 being more comfortable, 32 for ease of bra buying). I know thye say to go up one back size for swelling but a 34 is like going up 2 back sizes for me… and if I’m expecting to be a D / DD do I go for a 34 D / DD or a 34C as the cup sizes go down as the back gets bigger?

i’m also confused as these are described as ‘light support’ but the macom bras and shock absorber bras that are highly spoken of are high impact bras.

I am getting a macom bra as well I think but waiting for them to come back into stock.. but wondered what you girls thought about the asda ones as they are recommended and how you figured out sizing?!

    Help is very much appreciated!

I found the asda post op bra the best for first 2 weeks it has hook and eyes up front I would get size s. My pc recommended the bra you are talking about and so did Mr kazzazi he detests macoms. Then I went onto shock absorbers and usa pro grim sports direct x

No it’s just one on its own not the twin pack I’ll copy in the link of the one I got hun it’s from asda too! I’ve got a Macom as well I know there’s mixed reviews but just gonna see how it works for me! I’m a 34 back normally and I went for the medium in the asda bra and there’s room for swelling. When’s your op chick? Xxx

I kinda like the idea of them being well supported and a lot of reading suggests strong supported bra so was gonna go for a macom!

I have 3 of these and they are awesome for after surgery! I’m normally a 30/32 back and they didn’t even come close to fitting so had to get a 34 and a 36!! The 36 is way more comfy and when swelling is gone I will drop to the 34. Deffo get some hun 🙂 xx
