Hi all,
As I am EXTREMELY excited about my op, I am beginning to prepare my things for the big day. Can anyone recommended any read only priced po bras or anything else they found useful po?
Thanks x
Check out the Asda sports bra and post op bra on line. £8 . Primark medium impact sports bras £4 each go on back size but come up small!
The macom will set you back about £36 which is recommended but it’s a bit of marmite some love it some hate it.

Ive just picked up my delivery of asda po bras and im not sure there is enough support. Does anyone know if they are meant to be tight? I ordered the small too x
To be fair I didn’t find the Asda post op bra super supportive but it was comfortable after the strapping was off as it had cut me to pieces and the macom rubbed. I’m now using macom and other sports bra, primark and a shock absorber.
I found asda sports bra comfy for at night but use macom during the day
yeah it did feel comfortable but felt like it could be tighter! how long did you have your strapping on for? which one have you found most useful? x
