I had my BA yesterday, with partial Unders and I’m hurting sooo bad today. I’ve taken my pain meds but still in a lot of pain:( how long does it take to feel better? Thanks girls xx
Hey hun the day after Is usually the worst and gets better from there. Are you using ice packs and taking your medication? I had my op on Friday (20th) and I’m only slightly uncomfortable with a little bit of manageable pain now and then.
Stay positive and keep relaxing your shoulders as you’ll find yourself tensing up without realising which makes it worse!
Hope you feel better soon and keep resting 💖💖
Okay phew that’s good to know, yeah I’m taking my medication but it still quite uncomfortable. Yay that’s encouraging , can you walk around with no pain? I will do, thank you!! 😘 I hope your op went well ! ❤️
To be honest from right after my operation I got up and walked around on my own as someone advised me to try and stay as self sufficient as possible so your body doesn’t tense up and get more stiff so I’ve done that since the start and do think it’s worked for me! Try getting up, relaxing your shoulders and going for a little walk round the house? Don’t push yourself if it’s too painful though everyone is different 😘 and do try Ice packs although do 10 mins only at a time so you don’t risk getting ice burn (if that’s the right word 🤣) I went on an hour walk in the country today and no pain, just I try and be careful/ don’t carry anything heavy! I’m only paracetamol and neaurofen now which manages it fine as the cocodomel made me feel poorly after a few days and I felt I could do without it! Mine went so well I feel really really happy, are you happy with your result so far? ❤️ X
I’ve gone for little walks around the house but it’s just hard getting up:( okay thank you for your help!! Yeah but I feel like they don’t look very big and my left one looks a bit rectangular and it’s scaring me:( I got 350cc high profile in left and 290cc moderate profile in left
I was in the worst pain I didn’t expect to be as bad I’m 7 days post op now and it’s easing off a lot never had as many paracetamols today but my right is still sore around incision but today my cleavage is lot more closer together until it’s sore I’ve had to unstrap my Macom a little is this normal for them to go so close together so soon and be painful? X
Hannah they look good but they do look a lot more sore then mine do or did if you get me, quite bruised? Keep using Ive packs, you can get round ones on amazon or just anything in your freezer might help the pain?
It will be painful too get up for a couple of days but that’s normal and will get better 😘
I can imagine your boobs might heel quite differently to one another as they’re not just different sizes but also different shapes but I’m sure the final outcome will be so they’re very symmetrical but I think they look great! 😘
Hmm I’m not sure Natalie I’ll send a picture of mine and tell me if you think they’re similar to what you’re talking about? My right incisions do keep having bits of pain too this is normal your body’s been through a lot if you think about it xx
Sorry girls it won’t let me attach a picture! My Instagram is monaaafr if you want to message me I’ll send you pics to compare to xx
I’ll buy some ice packs, anything to make the pain go away 😅 Thank you for your help!! I’ve requested to follow your insta btw xx
Hi Hannah everyone is different so please dont worry, it does get easier. The first day or 2 is the worst , more achy than anything . I found being up and about was more comfortable than being sat down trying to get back up 😊 you will find 1 day you get up and your like , “no pain” it’s weird. I’m 8 days in on my 2nd BA and I feel like today was my no pain or aches at all x
Hey Hannah, I had my surgery 13/12/19 and my boobs looked exactly the same as yours did after surgery! They looked so small and weird looking but I didn’t panic and trusted the process. They do settle down and as the drop and soften they become rounder and fuller. I had 350 unders and I won’t lie, they’re still not as big as I originally wanted now, but they are a lot bigger than the first few days post op!
Try not to look at them too much and you’ll notice small changes easier😊 x
