    So it’s safe to say I thought I was prepared for how painful recovery was gonna be!!! But clearly not. Safe to say I underestimated the tightness, pain, and total restriction of movement. Every movement feels like my boobs are gonna rip out my chest 😢 I love them but dam, recovery is defiantly rougher and tougher than I thought it would be. Please say it gets better. Also the back pain is no joke. 375cc hp unders

    Hi sammy so sorry ur not feeling well 😔 I’m booked in 3rd of feb for 375 unders and now it’s booked I’ve gone from excitement to scared and nervous!! I’m glad I’ve seen ur post so My mind is set that’s it’s gonna hurt but it’s all going to be worth it x hope u feel better soon x

    Hey.. I had overs and didn’t experience much pain just tightness but the back/shoulder pain was no joke!!! It definitely does get better and you do get used to it! Xx

    Hey trust me you’ll feel better soon! The worst pain for me overall was constipation 5 days post op! If you’ve not tried put a pillow under your bum when you sleep. I also used 2 v pillows , one around my waist like an arm chair and one around my shoulder so I didn’t get neck ache! Both of them ontop of 2 sets of pillows! I found the more I was sat up the better for my back!

    Sammy it does get better I was in so much pain with my back I literally didnt sleep for a week straight everything else I could cope with but the back pain WOW I even think if they offered to remove them that first week I actually would of so I know exactly how your feeling I brought an electric plug in head pad for my back which helped loads and also brought a memory foam travel pillow it was a godsend, hope it doesnt last to Long for you. PS GIRLS IF YOUR WEARING THE BREAST BAND I SUGGEST YOU GET A PAIR OF FLUFFY SOCKS CUT THE TOE END OFF EACH SOCK AND SLIDE IT THROUGH THE BAND IT SUPPORTS YOU UNDER THE ARMS AND STOPS THE RUBBING XX
