recovery/ physical job

Hi girls, I am at the early stages and have my first consultation tmrw. My main concern is recovery time, I have a physical job and also have to wear heavy body protection on my torso so as you could imagine I’m concerned as I don’t want to be restricted at work for ages. I’m planning on having 3 weeks off in total, and was hoping to be on light duties the first week back. What are the chances of being healed at 4-5 WPO?
