recovery time

Hi everyone. I’m considering a breast enlargement after having 3 kids I am left with basically nothing to fill my bra. I was just wondering what the recovery is like. What can/can’t you do after the op and what’s the pain like. I know everyone is different but I need some sort of idea as I have the kids to think about. Please could anyone enlighten me??? Any info would be great thanks xx

Hi @scarlettw1 I was the exact same as you iv had 2 kids, 1 whom i breastfed which left me with barely an AA cup!! I was really worried about my recovery as i have an 3 year old and an 8 month old who obviously needs picking up a lot! For the first week you will most certainly need help and you won’t be able to lift your children for a while (if they are still small Enough to need lifting? Lol) I couldn’t do much at all for the first week luckily I had my partner at home to help. I struggled to do household things like cooking & cleaning but after day 7 I was slowly getting there and able to do most things again. Xxx

Also pain wise I think everyone is different I had minimal pain and only had to take painkillers for 2 days but I know some girls do have it a lot worse and are in a lot more pain xx

Yeah a little bit like that! Like when you haven’t breastfed for a few hours and they feel full to busting point! Lol iv had 400cc unders with me traynor I’m only 3 weeks post op so haven’t been measured yet but wearing a 34DD sports bra xxx

Recovery is different depending on the placement of the implants. With unders, recovery takes a lot longer. I had overs and could do pretty much everything again after a week and was back to work at just under 3 weeks! Xx

I have a three year old little boy and tbb it’s lucky I had my partner. I’m 5 days post op and although the pain hasn’t been to bad it’s been hard getting up and doing the simplest tasks. Today in starting to feel like I’m on the mend and been able to be a bit more hands on with the little one. Hope this helps xxx
