Recovery time for over the muscle?

How many days did it take for you girls to get back into an office job?
Mine are booked in on the first week of july and just wanted to see how long I need to let work know?

Day 3 and I’ve been very lucky, most girls seem to be really sore for about a week. I’ve not taken any pain killers from yesterday even then only paracetamol. I have been looking after my nearly two year old alone since the day after my op. Today I managed washing ect. Depends on a person ide say give yourself at least a week x

hey, I had mine on the 9th, so I’m 8 days post op with overs … I was up and about the same day & ive been pretty much going at my normal routine since day 1 with 2 kids… the only time i might of had a bit of trouble was when i was doing some shopping and the bags were a wee bit heavy so needed help ?‍♀️… if possible maybe give yourself a few days for some R&R and to get use to them but for an office job I’d imagine (just based on my own experience) you wont need much time off.
