How have you found it? I have three small children, and wondering how much pain I’m gonna be in!
Everyone is different but it was really bad for me
i’m interested in this question too ! i’m having partials next friday hoping the pain isn’t too unbearable – ive heard so many mixed stories it’s hard to tell, but then i suppose everyone is different. xxx
This is my worry. I want unders for the more natural look and for when i age also with skin getting thinner and dropping.. but have a 13m old. My partner hasnt got enough holiday to take time off so im hoping that i can get them done just before easter holidays so have help! My daughter is 12 so can help me with lifting etc. Eak! x
I had partials 3 weeks ago and had a very easy recovery was no where near as bad as I imagined, I only took paracetamol The only thing I found hard the first few days was back ache from sleeping upright, everyone is different although you will need help with the kids lifting and reaching up high etc xx
I had partials and a pretty bad recovery day 0 to day 4. After that it was a lot more bearable. Overall, it was worse than I expected it to be.
Hi, I had partials but I am guessing the pain would be the same as unders. Just expect to not feel normal til about day 5. I have a 2 year old and avoided picking up unless I really neeeded to, like getting in and out of the car seat X
And it isn’t that bad, expect to be in discomfort for the first week but after that it’s a breeze x
I had partials and had an easy recovery. No pain just stiffness – I felt very able to do things x
I had partials and had a really easy recovery, I only took pain relief at bed time for a couple of days and that was more for my back pain from sleeping upright. I expected the worst as I’d been told the pain was as bad as childbirth…. I’ve had two children and it is absolutely nothing like that. I woke feeling great and all I really had was a tightness as if I’d hit the gym a bit hard and discomfort from the strapping! I had my partner at home so completed avoided Picking up my children for two weeks just so I didn’t risk doing any damage, but I was able to go about every day things fine. Obviously everyone is different though and we all have different pain thresholds and reactions to trauma on our bodies xxx
Hey girlies, i got told today by my PC that i may want to consider partials rather than under the muscle. What are the benefits for going with partials? Thank you xxx
When i said mine was bad, I didn’t realize it was for partials, i had unders. Sorry
Hey I had partials too my recovery was pretty bad pain wise day 3,4 and 5 were by far the worst. I’m 10 weeks P.O. now and still get the odd twinge and morning boob is still real for me unfortunately,I’m thinking it’s because I had such big implants and they are taking a lot longer to settle (not dropped and fluffed yet) will hopefully feel more comfortable when I’ve had my 3 month check at the end on the month. I was driving at 2.5 weeks P.O. but it was very uncomfortable and I stayed pretty much in 3rd and 4th on most journeys as I just couldn’t push into 5th lol. It’s hard to know how your going to feel as everyone recovers so differently I can stand a lot pain wise-well I thought I could before this but just felt like I’d been bit by a bus for the first couple of weeks!!! Xx
I had dual plane (aka, ‘partials’), and recovery was fine! Hard to get myself up and down/in and out of bed, but aside from that, pain was minimal, just avoid heavy lifting. I couldn’t lift a 6 month old baby 5 days after (it was Christmas Day and I hated not being able to cuddle my nephew!) but now at 2 weeks I would feel fine doing so!
