Red ish nipple/areola?!

Hey girls so I’m 8 days post op I have been so lucky with my recovery but my right nipple/areola has been red for a few days now it doesn’t hurt or anything and they’re both abit flaky but my right one is just abit red! I’m going to probably ring the nurse tomorrow just because I’m the worlds biggest worrier! But has anyone else had this? Reckon I should be concerned at all? thank ladies 🙂 xx
