Reduction & uplift in 1 day. Feeling nervous

Only one day left til my procedure feeling very nervous. . What should I pack In overnight bag?

You’d have had your procedure by now I think so my reply will probably be useless but I took:

Tablet, my own pillow for comfort and to hold against your chest on the way home, button up pyjamas, baby wipes, toothbrush and paste, easy wearing shoes. I stayed for two nights and travelled really light, make sure someone carries your bag for you when you leave, you won’t want to!

Good luck, it’ll change your life.

Hi Zoe. Everything went we’ll was just a bit stingy for a while after but that has eased of a lot now. Hospital, surgeon , everyone has been great just getting ready to be discharged 🙂 x x x x
