Refund.

I had to cancel my B.A last week unfortunately. I had been saving with the Mya piggy bank, I had a total of £1150 saved but I’ve only been refunded £650 and surprise surprise I can’t get hold of anyone to ask why there is £500 missing! Stressed out. Has anyone else had something similar happen to them, if so what happened x

Did you have your date for your operation booked @emma, if so they would have deducted the £500 for that from your amount x

Sounds like they’ve kept the £500 deposit which they would us usually ask for if you had booked a date! Strange how you haven’t tho and they’ve still taken it. Hope you get it sorted they can be a nightmare to get hold of at times xxx

Tell me about it! I’ve only had my free consultation I haven’t booked a date for surgery or even had an appointment with the surgeon! Grrr thanks Aimee xx
