Removal and new implants

Hi
Has anyone has implants removed and replaced? How did you find it and if you don’t mind me asking why did you have it done?
I had my implants 9 years ago just after I had my little girl. Since then I’ve had 2 more children and they just don’t look the same, they aren’t pert anymore and one seems to be slightly missing shaped.

I’m wanting them replacing but wondering if I’d need ah uplift too or just a bigger size to fill the space?
