removing stickyness after removing strapping??

Please can someone recommend how I can remove all of this horrible sticky stuff left after taking off your strapping? Is there any products i could use that helps? im so sore i can hardly scrub and what i have tried doing is not budging it at all 🙁 helppp xxx
