Hi hun, a good place to start is to read a boobie bible on mya website. It answered lot of questions i had. At the first consultaiotin with pacient coordinator u can ask anything – look at photos similar to ur case, tell them what u want to achieve, so then ca advise u a surgeon who specialises on situations similar to urs. U can ask abt finance, other meds u take, if any… Decision to go over or under u normally make with ur surgeon. I had overs as i had a slight tubular breasts. Some girls who have little breat tissue go for unders, it is very individual. Think abt ur first consultaion as if u were to see a friend and ask her anything u wanted! Girls at mya are super nice and understanding. Many of them had ba done so they can say exactly how it is like:) when u go to see a doc, tell him what results u want to get and ask what would he recommend. If you click with doc and like what he suggest then just ask abt procedure detail, expected best results etc. if u dont click with doc, dont worry, make an appointment with another one.
