Researching – UPLIFT & SMALL IMPLANT??

Hey girls!! I’m currently looking into MYA to see if this would be the best place to go but I’m a little worried about how many posts I’ve read where people are unhappy with their results? I need an uplift and a (small as possible!) implant to help me achieve fullness in the top and I’d like to go over the muscle w/ areola reduction. My dream is for my boobs to be quite high up as after losing weight they’ve sagged and it really does effect all aspects of my life…..

anyone got any surgeon recommendations and before/after pics of their own uplift w/ implants? Greatly appreciated!!

Hi Ronni I had my surgery Saturday with Mr Giannas, he’s so lovely. I had big breasts to start with 32/dd/e but were so saggy after two children. I had 225cc mod unders, and uplift. Had my strapping off today and I like what I see already. I was worried they would be to small, but Mr Giannas explained because I have breast tissue already a big implant would make them sag again xx

Hi Sarah, do you have any pictures please? As this is what I’m having done. The consultation advised 225cc with uplift and small reduction because I already have a 34 D/DD breast he didn’t want to put bigger in. But I’m not sure if I should ask for bigger?

Just wanted to jump in on this chat, currently in research stages only. I am a 34f i breastfed both my boys and each time gained 5 stone in pregnancy I am now 2 stone away from my usual weight which is around 9stone. I am thinking I will defiantly need an uplift I have lost lots of volume not to mention the droopiness, think I’d need an implant too to give me that fullness and the look I’d desire. Can anyone recommend a surgeon and have any before and afters.

Hey ladies,
How are you? I am booked in 19th Jan for an uplift with implants. I am really really struggling and stressing about sizing…especially because I cannot take anyone to the appointment.
I have a big frame, I am 5ft 10, size 10…with muscular build. I already wear a 36D but I have lost around 100lbs so I am very very flat…hence the operation. I do not want to go too big or fake looking. I am torn between 275 & 300cc, it will be a high profile implant to help with fullness. It will be over the muscle. If anyone has any advice or photos I would so appreciate it. Sian xxx
