Response from Mya team … How long did you wait for?

Hi, I emailed my PC this morning at 09.07am ( exactly!) asking her to get back to me re booking to see surgeons for consultation. I have been checking my email through out the day but still nothing . I know it was only this morning , and yes I am probably being super impatient….!!! How long did you all wait for your PC to respond??

I also messages the forum Mod today too with a question , again I haven’t heard back…. Is it me ..?! 😉

Nope not you I never ever heard anything back had to keep contacting them..basically organised my op myself, I should get paid!! Haha
Mya mod never got back to me either even though I was clearly distressed 🙁 felt let down after my op especially but they always answered my questions eventually, sorry hun xx

Their response from what I’ve seen on here can be poor to say the least. Big company = we are just a number 🙁 x

See now that’s the thing… I have read many posts on here talking about the lack of communication etc. As I am looking to spend my £ ( x2 procedures required!) with a company who will give me the whole package – great surgeons, great customer service , etc etc i am going to be watching this space very closely from now on….I think I am going to be quite harsh from now on… Kinda like the two strikes and you’re out thingy! So I hope Mya do step up and I may book with them, if not however there are other companies who I’m sure will offer the complete package 😉

I had the same problem with my pc when she took a day off, someone just took a message saying she would call when I was really stressing. Then the next day she rang me like nothing was wrong! A bit unprofessional, I wouldn’t do that in my job! X

no0108 … it would be good to have a duty PC if and when our own has A/L or is off sick etc.. I’m sure this would give many of their clients peace of mind. If I’m going to be positive then maybe Mya will collect suggestions from their clients experiences and see if they can make changes.. 😉 x

My pc gave me her direct number so I can call or text her anytime and she always gets back to me even if it is her day off or when she was off poorly, she is fab!!!

I have to say my pc is fab, I can call her anytime and if she’s busy she will get back to me as soon as she can, I saw how busy she was when I was at clinic the other day and she had back to back consultations all day. X

Kirsty & Kristy that’s so great you have amazing PC’s…. I dont think I would have started this post if I’d got an out of office reply to my email..!! Anyway onwards and upwards ! 😉

So I again waited for my PC to contact me today … well until about 1:30 pm!! Then I thought I’d ring my clinic ( as suggested by MyaMod) … turns out my PC is sick today , so I would have still been waiting 😉
Happy to say my clinic ( Upper Wimpole) were able to book my appointments with my surgeons there and then… I am now a happy bunny 😉
I have x1 surgeon appointment per week for the next x3 weeks.. Haha!!
