Results from 375 or 400cc overs?

Hi, I posted previously something similar but thought I’d post again as I’m can’t decide on size. I have my surgery on 24th at Preston with Dr Traynor. I’m 5’7/8 and have quite a big bum, I’m a size 10/12 on bottom. I currently wear a 34 B/C bra. Ive been offered 300-400cc over implants but can’t decide on size. I’ve ordered 350,375 &400cc. I keep swaying towards 400cc but I’m worried they are going to look huge!!
Is there anyone with similar stats who’ve had either of these implants sizes over the muscle? Any advice/pictures would be appreciated x

My op is the 25th April with mr traynor. I’ve been giving the same choice 300-400 overs. Think I’m going with 350 as I think overs always look bigger x

@sheren Hey, I have similar stats to you and had 425cc overs with Dr Traynor on 28th March, I’m 5,7 have a big bum and was a top size 8/10 before surgery although i was a 32/34 A cup. I’m post op 8 days now and honestly they suit my frame very well. Still early days and still have alot of dropping and change to happen but they dont look too big 🙂 I suppose if you went to 400cc from a cup size or 2 bigger than me they’d obvs be fuller than mine but if your undecided ask Dr Traynor, he wouldn’t advise a size he thinks would look too big for your chest shape or frame. 🙂 xx

I had my op on March 21, and I have had 375 in my left and 400 in my right. I have similar stats to you, I also had Traynor. Sorry I am no good on here, if you tell me, I can send you son pictures?

That’s what I keep thinking @alison as there is only a small difference between each CC but I’m just worried. I think I will probably end up going with the bigger size.

It’s so hard to decide @jessica. I asked Dr Traynor if overs look bigger but he said it’s a myth, but I see girls on here and they look so much bigger. Suppose it depends on your boobs before hand x

Yeah he said that to me aswell but from every photo I’ve seen overs look bigger. God knows. So confusing! x

I had 375cc HP overs on 3rd march, I’m a size 8, 5″1 and was a 34B before hand with tubular breasts. I love my new boob and the size suits me really well, I have pictures on my profile if you want to add xx

@sheren I’d go with the biggest size offered, there won’t be much in it anyway. I was offered 350-450 and went with the biggest, had my op yesterday and they weren’t as big as I expected but definitely suit my frame and I’m so happy I went 450! Add me to see my pics I’m very similar stats to you I have some before pics on and will be updating when I’m brave enough to open my bra and have a look haha x

Hi, I’m originally 32/34 A and had 400cc unders yesterday (5th April)
Dr traynor said I had a small gap but now I have got the implants in it looks pretty wide.
Can I wear a tighter sports bra to try and sway them together?
Is anyone else like this at first? Or is this what I’m stuck with?
I know it’s really early to start asking these questions as I’m probably all swelled up but just panicking!! Haven’t really got any pictures to show but you can tell on the picture I have attached X

Hi Sheren! I was torn between 350 and 375, on the day Dr Traynor advised that 25cc is only 1/5 of a cup size so to look at themyou wouldn’t know much difference! I went back and tried the implants on again and both times I knew 350 wasn’t enough and 400 was too big but I still didn’t decide until the day! I’m 5ft4 and a size 8. I’m all thigh so I feel like the 375 has balanced me out well! I’ve got a narrow back so was worried about them looking too big but I’m honestly over the moon I picked the bigger size! If you can carry it off I’d deffo get the bigger size 🙂 xx

Thanks @nickliverpool123, I’m thinking I’m going to go with the bigger size I’ll probably be able to carry it off. Did you get overs or unders with Dr Traynor? I’m supposed to have overs but going to see him again before my op as I’m worried if I loose weight the edge of the implant will become visible so want to discuss this with him x

i am in a very similar situation to you. I am 5’6, weight 8st9lb dress size 8-10, bra size 34 C\D. I am having my op with Dr Traynor on Tuesday. i have been offered 325-375 over. I was really nervous to have overs at first, but this forum has been very helpful and reassuring and now I am looking fwd to having them. I trust Dr Traynor completley and he said he would not even consider unders for me as the implant would be under the muscle and my breast would be hanging over the top (not a good look lol) because i am a c/d the overs will fill out my breast tissue. I also workout a lot so overs wont affect my training regime.
origianally i was going to play it safe and go with 350 because I want a natural look, but after the consultation Alison at MYA told me all the sizes Dr Traynor chooses will look natural, he only chooses what will suit our frame, he likes natural. So he gives us a choice between the smallest and largest implants that will suit our frame and still look natural, this was a big relief so I feel happy with 375, but on the day i will say to Dr Traynor when you put them in, if they dont look right then swap them for a different size, i want him to judge what will suit me best, he has done over 20,000 boob ops, i think he can look at us and decide in an instant what will give the best look.

Thanks @beckis . You are right he is extremely experienced and I guess he knows what’s best. My main requirement is that I want them to look as natural as possible. When I had my consultation with him I was happy with everything he advised but as it’s getting closer to the time of my op I’m stressing out with the thought of having 2 huge stuck on looking melons lol. My op is a week Monday, I’m so excited and just wish the day would hurry up. Hope your surgery goes well. Keep me updated x

Hi girls I’ve just had 400cc hp unders 2 weeks ago and feel like they are quite flat from side profile and siting in my armpits quite a bit. I know about the drop and fluff stage but was wondering if anyone else has had the same experience?I’m a 30/32 back size 8 top so would have thought 400s would be quite big.do you think they will get bigger once my muscle has relaxed?thanks xx 🙂
