Return to work

Hi all just after some advice has my op few days ago how long did u have off work before returning after op ???

I took 1 week off but my job is fairly easy in terms of sat down, no lifting etc. Really depends where you work xx

I had 11 days off in total.
I could have gone back earlier as pain was bearable and I do admin, but didnt want to push it because even though I felt fine your body is healing!
