    Hi all, 24 days post op here and quite sad my abs have almost fade away. Any thoughts on doing lower abdominal/ low impact leg work outs at this stage?

    Nurse said to not work out in the first 6-8 weeks but but damn that seems ages away!

    Suggestions? What have you ladies done work out wise when did you re start?

    Wow they look great Maria… and don’t worry I think everyone has a bit of boob greed sometimes, but I love them!

    I think 6 weeks is the minimum for working out proper.- you don’t want to risk damaging anything and ruining that hard work you’ve just gone through! I assume you can do some light cardio though? Just to start you back on track again. Keep us updated on your progress hun xx

    Thank you 😊 I’m very happy with them and Mr Giannas is brilliant with his work. But boob greed really is a thing! I’ll share now a before-3 week post op picture. I’m 168cm tall and 55kg. Size 10uk and 34C bra size. (Pre surgery it was deflated now I fill it).

    I had round smooth 275cc moderate + as I was looking for natural results.
