I am now at 1 year post op, got 350cc unders, however my left breast will require the release of the muscle and rearrange the pocket which my Dr agreed to do free of any charge.
However I always felt that my boobs are still too small for my frame, I went to what he reccomended (even thou I wanted 400/450cc) but then they loose loads of volume once the swelling goes down
I told him that i was happy with their size, cuz I was affraid that he thought that I wanted something for free out of him I am athletic/ muscular and them boobs seem to keep shrinking as I grow muscle and or lean out I was wondering if someone asked their surgeon’s to have an upgrade on the size and if they extra charged for the new implants.. what is your experience.. I am embarrassed to say now that I changed my mind or so.. but since I will have the surgery and his time anyways.. why not go bigger.. just cannot seem to be able to find the silicone prostheses only anywhere…
