So before my ba I had bad asymmetry, my right side was a lot smaller then my left.
I had 300 in my left and 350 in my right side. Now 8 weeks po my left is smaller then my right and I find it really noticeable.
I have my 6 week check soon (couldn’t get in earlier) do you think they will do a revision surgery or Is it not bad enough?
I know they are never the same, just one of the reasons I had a ba was because of the size difference, just feel like I’m back to square one.
Il try to add pics
Mine were wonky till about 12 weeks I would definitively wait xxx
I had overs I forgot to say, And 1 of the incisions are lower so I feel that may be a reason to why they look different too, and obviously that won’t be able to sort itself out x
Btw I had the same as you… 400 in my left 300 in my right…. Over time I could really see the difference in size… Couldn’t wear anything without a bra…. Went to my surgeon found out I had CC aswell so he agreed revision and said I could get a bigger implant in my right…. Had my revision last week and had my strapping off today expecting two boobs to kind of look the same and actually I just have a bigger version of the asymmetry. I understand its still swollen etc but I’m very disappointed I think I need an uplifting on the right instead of just a bigger implant…. But I did wait 6months to see how they turned out before I got the revision go ahead xx
@kim I’m in the same boat as you- My right boob was bigger pre op, and although I asked for larger implant in the smaller boob, my surgeon said the difference would me more obvious so she but the same size implants in. I’m 7weeks post op Monday and I absolutely hate my boob. Right boob is higher, smaller, and incision obviously visible. I put a vest on without a bra this morning whilst getting dressed, and was in tears as they look deformed. I am absolutely gutted. I feel I just paid all that money to feel more insecure and to look much worse!
Please let me know your post op goes.
I’m in th same boat at the moment! I had an uplift on my right boob & some fat taken out, then the same size impant in both.
The whole healing process they were relevatively even & I got to wear tops without bras etc, but I’m over 4 Months in & my left one hasn’t filled at the bottom & it’s really noticeable! I’m back to square one with not wanting to have my bra off because I can see & feel the difference!
I don’t know if you can get revision to make the implant fill at the bottom or not can you?
Hi hun you need to give it more time to heal they can take up to a year to fully heal and any revision of was granted wouldn’t even be considered till near the 1 year post op mark I’m back to see my sugoen in aug I’m over a year post op now and my left is s lot lower than my right and have less upper fullness in left but have a few problems with my right aswell I would just give it a lot more time our boobs are never gonna be perfectly symmetrical and every one has one bigger than the other there usually s lot more notiable in photos and by our selfs then they are to other people xxx
As with some mentioned above mine were slightly off for a while … Only now 3 months on have they gotten on the same page
