Revision surgery

Anybody had to have revision surgery due to lacking any fullness in the top of their breasts? If so what was the answer to fix the problem and did it work?? X

Hey chick I’ve got few problems that need fixing soon as my implants are fuller lower pole and having them re placed with faker fuller upper pole and nipple lift xx

That’s what I think I need hun as I have lots of under boob out of a bra it’s like all the implant drops to the bottom of my breast and leaves nothing up top? it was upper pole fulness I really wanted as the reason for having them done was I wanted to be able to wear certain clothes braless and still have a cleavage. Hopefully my surgeon will have a solution xx
