Revision with Mr Singh?

Hi girls! Hope you’re all good, I’ve just joined the forum and was looking for advice if possible 🙂

I have 460cc implants, I had them done in June here in Ireland, sadly I have now have lateral displacement/lateral bottoming out so I am looking to get a revision. I am unhappy with the level of care here, I spoke to my own Dr who was no help and another who said he didn’t know how to fix lateral displacement lol! I spoke to a Dr in the US who says there they fix it with an “internal bra” or permanent stitches around the pocket, the issue is my pocket is too large for my implant, he also suggested I go up to 650cc as my body seems to swallow CCS! I look very small considering my implants are 460.

I have been unable to find any info on lateral displacement fixes for the UK or Ireland and I was wondering if anyone here had any insight or advice? Have you had this problem/had it fixed and if so who was your Dr, does anyone have expirence of this kind of revision with Mr Singh?

I had Mr kazzazi and had bottoming.out the pocket was too big so hr did the capsularapphy (not sure how you spell it) tightened the pocket and stiched the bottom half of pocket back up, had my 380 replaced with 460cc whilst the placement is much better than before I’m only 12wk po and pocket still feels too large implant still moves round all over and started falling to sides again. I also got double bubble back again xx

Thank you so much, that really helps, I wasn’t sure what the proper term was so that will make my looking for help much easier. I think the pockets shrink some when you’re healing? I hope that’s the case and you don’t have the same problems again x

Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue and in particular had a fix from Mr Singh? Does anyone have exp with Mr Singh at all in any capacity? I’d love to hear from you. One boob job gone wrong and now traveling from Ireland to the UK for a fix I defo want to make sure I have it right! xx

Hello I had my first op with Russo… I bottomed out.. And had a re op with mr Singh… He is good, but I still find my boobs have bottomed out a bit again. He did say I had a big pocket so may need to go quite big. I have a 485 in at the min but I’m still not happy with how the look or feel so I see him in a couple of weeks to discuss it with him. X

I am having revision surgery with Gary traynor he wasn’t my original surgeon he was lovely at my revision consultation. Ihave a very bad case of double bubble and really upset but mya have dealt with the situation well so far and all has been sorted at a convenient time for me which is 3 weeks time. Does revision surgery work.? X

Hi bex, you are in good hands with Mr T sorting your double bubble out, I had double bubble first op and bottomed out I had my surgeon again for revision but double bubble geting bad again now. However a girl who had her op same day and surgeon as me (first time) also got double bubble, she pushed for Mr T for reop, she now has no double bubble. So Mr T will sort it 🙂 xxx

Aaaaahhhh thanks for reply that really reassures me he said to listen to the surgeons and go with what they say not what we say so that’s what I am doing! I hate my boobs so much can’t believe the change 🙁 how are you getting on? Xxx

Yea, I would never listen to my surgeon again cause that put me in this position twice now, but Mr T generally gives overs to correct double bubble. My surgeon gave me unders with slightly tubular boobs and he lowered my breast crease too, and I had enough tissue for overs. So god knows why I had unders, but I believe that is why I’ve still got double bubble. you will be fine honestly never hear a bad word on Mr traynor 🙂 I’m ok thankyou, how bout you? Are you excited? Yea really excited because I am starting to get really down about the double bubbleness! Just worried about hearing I am having 520’s they sound huuuuge have you got any pics I could see? What are you having done about yours? Xxx

Hey girls! I had Mr. kazzazi 6 months ago with 400cc and 445cc overs and I’ve got double bubble too…Its strange because I feel that one of the pockets too big but I still have double bubble. Im going for an appointment with Mr.K next week to see what he says but I’m so upset by how my boobs now look I really hope he does something about it :/. What do you think my chances are of him doing something? Do you reckon I should outrightly ask for Mr. Traynor? I really dont know what to do :/ xxx

I had mr traynor and basically one of my boobs it’s odd it’s higher up goes into my armpit slightly and the scar is tight af personally I think it’s a caputal contracture or whatever you call dat tyng but who knows I havnt got a clue jus googling symptoms and dats where it took me. One thing I wanna know is if I have to have it redone or whatever do you have to have them taken out for lk 6 months or sumet? Hope not lol and also has anyone ever had this problem before? What happened?
I have my appointment with him on 27th of this month, also my implants are right400 n left425cc.
