Rhinoplasty after care..

When you get your cast removed does the nurse clean your nose? I have blood in my nose but I’m too scared clean it as my surgeon said he has put stitches in my nose which dissolve in 2 months.. I can see the stitches so Im worried ill pull them out !! X

yeah she can give it a clean for you, I didn’t clean inside my nose though don’t think your meant to just the outside, don’t blow into a tissue or anything like that to get it out you cant do that for 4 months itl all drop out in the end lol, also at 2months I pulled half my stitches out, dw theyl drop out with the dried blood xx
