Rhinoplasty and BA

Hi guys and girls,

I am looking into getting surgery but haven’t had a consultation as of yet, just trying to get some feedback before hand. I am desperate for rhinoplasty, but always wanted BA also. Just wondered if anyone has had two done in one operation? Also a rough guideline of prices if possible?
