Rhinoplasty blocked nose-so uncomfortable

Hello,
Just wondering if any one post rhino has any tips. I had my nose done on Sunday 20th just gone and it’s been pain free and fine. The last 2 days it’s started drying up and literally have dried up stuff almost hanging out! Sorry to be gross, it could be scabs, stitches, dried blood, boogies ? But what ever it is it’s really making it difficult for me to not pick!!!!!! Wondered if anyone else had the same problems. Was wondering if steam might break it up? Cos I know I absolutely can’t pick or poke it!!!!
