RHINOPLASTY HELP! DOES TIP DROP?

I had rhinoplasty yesterday and I noticed the tip of my nose is turned up a lot!! I didn’t want this and the also the nostrils are very much on show whereas before they weren’t. I’m trying to be positive as I have heard that the tip does drop, my parents said that the tape rapped around the tip is what is pulling it up making it looked upturned and showing my nostrils and that it shouldn’t look like that after the cast and splint it off.

Can anybody tell me if this is true and if they experienced the same thing? I’m just a worried that how it looks now is how the tip of my nose will look :/ xx

take a look at my pics you can see in some my tip is turned up abit its just the swelling and the cast don’t worry xx

It’s almost certainly swelling!. I looked like Jacko for about 2 weeks after I had mine done and the cast definitely pulls it upwards. I could see a difference almost immediately after the cast came off. Don’t waorry, you won’t look anything like you do now in a few weeks xx
