Rhinoplasty – When is it safe to wear sunnies?

I’m 7.5 months PO now and am wondering when its safe to start wearing sunglasses? Does anyone know? Thanks! xxx

ahh thanks chick – i’ve seen anything from 2 weeks to 12 months online! I dont want to bother the nurses but I really want to start wearing them soon! have you? xx

i wore them after 6month, but tried not to wear them for tooo long. and i worse raybans so theyre quite small/light. but dr g will say 9months x

I’m going on hols in april so i’ll be 10 months PO – hopefully be fine by then!!

I think if it feels okay having them rest on the bridge then im sure it would be fine… I havent seen a post about sunbeds… i reaaaally wana go on one x

Thanks lovelys…can’t wait to show off my new nose in a pair this summer!! Think I’m going to wait 9 months to be safe. Gabriella I saw online that sunbeds are fine after 6 months as long as you cover the scar?? if you had closed though i’m sure its fine! x

Dr G told me after 4months but i waited till 6months as it ffelt horrible on my bridge and sunbeds/sun is 9months x
