you put the same gram of rice as your implant in some tights and put it in a sports bra to use as a guide to how big you’ll be 🙂 so 450cc would be 450 grams of rice 🙂 xx
It’s a good indication Allison. I keep worrying about size and use these to reassure myself that I’ve made the right choice !! Even pottered around the house in them the other day haha !! X
