Hi ladies, I have my surgery booked for August and I have my surgeon appointment this Friday. To give myself an idea of the size of implants I tried the rice test. I have broad frame and I will be able to carry of bigger implants so I weighed 400grams ( 400g of rice is equal to ‘cc’) into each bag and placed them in my bra and my god what a bloody good transformation. As soon as removed then it just reinforced that my decision is in fact the best one for me. I have to have my boobs done now haha. I know its probably not the most reliable way of looking at what size suits but it has given me a number to work with and something I can suggest to my surgeon this Friday.
