right boob all if a sudden HARD!

could anyone give me some advice please i had my operation17 months ago i had an upligt and implants with mr traynor.he give me the natural look at my request and they have never been hard more like a very natural boob. Now all of a sudden my right boob is quite hard especially when i lie down it feels like a rock they don’t look too different at the moment but i have noticed a difference in hardness and it hurts a little bit could anyone give me some help please on what is might be xx
