right boob feeling hot inside

Hi there
Im now 2 years post op and have had no problems.however last night my right boob felt sore inside i thought maybe i had slept funny on it and it felt better when i put my sports bra on.However today it now feels hotinside.Has anyone else had this before what does it mean?It doesnt feel different to the other to touch just like its hotter inside :-\ Thanks for any replies x
