I’ve just seen the nurse today & she has confirm I have rippling on one side. I can feel the implant sort of ridges & I can push into the implant & it sort of pops back up. Thankfully you can’t see it but I’m still concerned & still not happy about it.

I’m booked in to see my surgeon next month, but there’s nothing that can be done about rippling is there? Isn’t it just a common side effect that can happen?

Anyone have any advice? Please let me know.

How long ago did you have your surgery? And I’m pretty sure they can correct that with revision Surgery I swear? X

@anon123 Hiya, it’s been nearly 4 months like next week. I’m 90% certain rippling isn’t covered under revision. I’ll have to wait to see what my surgeon says next month. I’m just really disappointed. The same one is also having trouble bottoming out too 🙁

Hi hun yes your right rippling isn’t covered under revision my surgeon told me everyone with get it at some point weather it’s seen or felt sometimes people get rippling as there’s something else going on tho like cc bottoming out and stuff so still worth going to see your sugoen to make sure it’s just a case of ripplong and nothing causing it on the plus side at least it’s not visible rippling xxx

Hiya, I think it all depends on how bad it is and quickly you get the rippling, also if it is visible or not. I had surgery in March and my right has rippled quite bad (visible) and caused me to loose upper fullness on my right side, my surgeon said that this shouldn’t of happened so soon and the tissue that was covering the implant has basically gone, therefore I have been approved for revision and I’m having them redone in November to partials xx

I had my surgery in March I have slight rippling in my left Brest. Due to my size the surgeon said I would have a higher chance of rippling. When I went to see him after surgery he said it was all fine. You can’t see it and only feel it. He told me to take primerose oil capsules to help soften the area. It actually has helped. He said said to carry on applying bio oil

@little30aa Hey! Hopefully mine is all good when I see him this month.. I think it’s having a bit of trouble bottoming out too. My right one has lowered & appears to be fine but the left hasn’t really dropped into its crease properly? I think I’ll be fine if it like drops and then just doesn’t become visible. Just slightly worrying! They’ve both been so even throughout the whole process it’s horrible having them at different stages now! Especially when I had sever asymmetry to start with! X

@LIZZIE did you go for the same style implant, texture and size with your revision or did you just have placement changed?
