Rippling in right breast, 16 weeks post op!

Hi girls,
Im post op 16 weeks. (4 months since surgery – 14th April)

Quick question really. Breasts have all healed fine, absolutely happy with the outcome until i noticed that i have rippling in my right breast. the ripple is on the inside of my right breast near the crease between the two.
Has anyone else had this problem?
bit worried as not only does it feel horrible but theres a quite obvious dent in my right breast which is visible.
