Rippling,confused on implant size 280 or 310

I’m very scared to end up with rippling , I’m a size 32AA and have almost no breast tissue or body fat, I’m really confused on implant size i don’t know which one to choose and only one more week to go . my surgeon said i could have 280 cc or 310 cc but theres a chance of rippling with any implants but the bigger the greater the chance of rippling. what shall i do??? which one shall i go for ? Im having extra high profiles 280cc or 310cc.
PLEASE give me some advice

If u end up with rippling that size diff won’t be the cause. It’s minimal size diff! You have less chance of seeing rippling with unders x

i had 410 from a 32a overs..n ihave rippling..i hate it..but dnt think theres much i can do about it .x
