Round implants can look as real if not more real that teardrop your surgeon will recommend the size and shape implant that will get you your desired look so don’t worry if you’ve told them you want natural look you will get the natural look I had 375cc Hp partials today and feel good they don’t look too big or too small, won’t see them until next week when I get strapping off I’ve tried uploading a pic with the strapping but says file is too large, good luck with your boobies just remember there’s nothing to worry about hope this helps a bit xx
