Girls I need your help
I’ve got my op a week on Tuesday (excited) and I’m all set on round implants because the main reason for the surgery for me apart from going bigger is to achieve upper pole fullness.
My surgeon has said I can have round (woop woop) but then finished with my nipples will point downwards. Absolutely gutted!
They are not 100% even now and other surgeons said that they still wouldn’t be after surgery, which is fine but downward pointing I was not expecting.
He said if I opted for anatomical instead they’d be perfect which is very tempting but I obviously wouldn’t get upper pole fullness so I’m in a bloody dilemma now… What I don’t want to end up with is just a bigger version of my own, which I will have with anatomical implants (I assume)
Implant size would be 500cc round or 535cc anatomical. I don’t know my BWD so profile hasn’t been decided on but I’m hoping for HP. My breasts have no droop what so ever but are lower down than I’d like (hence wanting upper pole fullness) so no lift is required at the same time.
Could any of you post your pics of teardrop implants in and out of underwear to help me decide which is best to do?
Much love xx
Can he not give you round implants and then move your nipple upwards like with an upift? Or is that not something you’d want done. Just a thought. Xx
I may be biased as I’m having teardrops but you will get upper pole fullness with teardrop. Try looking at Dr Tavakoli on Instagram or Facebook, he predominately uses anatomical implants and they look amazing!
@hannahlaura Hi Hannah, I don’t need a lift so I don’t fancy having one for the sake of it. I’m not up for the extra recovery and scarring just yet. There’s a chance I’ll need one sooner rather than later anyway because of my size now and the size of implant xx
@pinkwishes heya, I’ll have a look now, thank you. I’m just not convinced that having a very natural bust now and using them will give me big round boobs.
Hi I’ve had teardrops. My surgeon used them as I had little tissue and basically no fullness anywhere and actually said that these would give me the best upper pole fullness… obviously he was taking my previous boobs into account and not speaking generally for everyone, however I’m letting you know as they definitely do give some upper pole fullness 🙂 in fact at the moment (4 and a half weeks po), my boobs are rather projected! xx
If you add me I can send you a pic 🙂 x
@clare141 hi Clare, thanks for your reply! It’s never been anything I’ve considered before so all my research and looking at pics have been based on round implants, so I’m a bit panicked now with it only being a week away! I’ll add you now 🙂 xx
