Rubbish patient coordinators?

Anyone been a bit put off with a bad PC :'( luckily I switched today but its just put a damp on my experience and I haven’t had the op yet! It’s 25 days yay still confused about sizes! Is 605 good size if you want them fake and high , I’m having 605 naturelle overs I have awful boobs after a child they look French they are sooooo far apart ! I just hope I come out looking super fake not just norm 🙂

Currently 34a so they saggy and deflated 🙁 hope the 5 £,000 brings me what I need 🙂

Hey hun, I haven’t had a brilliant experience so far – seems to take my pc ages to get back to me about anything and mya booked me in for a night stay when I wanted a day case. Also didn’t realise that I had to pay all the money 56 days before my op so I need to try and sort that by the end of next week cos I’m booked in for 19th December!
My boobs were ruined after having a baby too, but that was 14 years ago – so excited to finally get them done! I want a more natural look though so think I’m getting 325cc to hopefully be a fullc/d from a very empty 32b. Still feel really confused about it all – no idea if I’m having overs/unders etc so going back for another consultation with Mr Traynor soon.

Who did you have ? I had Anne Marie smith I think was her name at Brighton , she lied several times about things , didn’t call the day I wanted to pay 5 grand ! Didn’t answer I had to call head office to blinking pay or I would of list my space 🙁 she “booked” two appointments for another discussion with my surgeon …. I drove all the way wasteig time and petrol ! 🙁 to find out she had lied and said she left a voicemail on what she thought was my number not in use when I still have that number I confronted her she didn’t reply! She never replyed to questions 🙁 she seemed frustrated when I did ask things I felt I couldn’t ?! She was bitchy and rude and has put my friend off having surgery with mya as she came along for an appointment once … Sad times I’m sure they arnt all the same , I’m just hoping I’m going to be very happy with my surgery only 23 days!:) excited! Bet you can’t wait to finalise it all 🙂 keep me posted and il look out in December 🙂 …. If u want natural unders ate best but mine are so saggy app I would b best with overs lol I must have awful boobs!

The patient coordinator I saw at mya was half the reason I didn’t have surgery with them. Pushing me to book surgery on my first consult and offering me discount if I had my op within six weeks. Baring in mind that I went alone to the consult, it was my first 1 and only just 18 at the time. I think it was wrong to push something on someone, even more so when they’re young. Then when I left the consult I was phoned every 3 days or so by different people at mya asking when I could book.. Until I said don’t phone me again I didn’t get left alone and it just put me off the company. The surgeons I saw I couldn’t fault though and not everybody has bad experiences, have to appreciate that x

Lottie i had Anne- Marie too !! i changed and have had the best experience with MYA ever since its so important to have a good PC to support you through things and its really nerve racking to have somebody who messes up appointment times and never gets back to you – its a real shame because the rest of my experience was amazing x

i havent heard from mine since my first consultation i got my ba on 2 weeks x

Yer me too girls my pc was naff 🙁 Don’t like to moan as she was a lovely girl just lack of communication really disapointed !! it’s like once they have your money they couldn’t care less. Thank god I had no problems or concerns as I think I would have struggled to get hold of her or get her to reply to my messages. But don’t let that put you off !! a few boob friends of mine on here have had amazing pc’s with MYA who can’t fault them at all 🙂 xx
