Safe to use roll on deodorant?

Is it ok to use roll on deodorant post op day 4?

Yeah the nurse told me was fine to use roll on, just no sprays x

I used spray deodorant straight away was just careful x

Yeah it’s fine hun just don’t get anything near your incision and also try not to strain yourself by lifting arms too much when you’re not long post op x
