Sagging after breast enlargement

I had my boobs enlarged about 4 years ago I had the natural lifetime implants, I had over the muscle 425cc I literally had nothing at all no boobs, but they have now dropped quite a bit I always wear a bra well most of the time but I couldn’t wear a low cut top and no bra now its like I haven’t had a boob enlargement has anyone else had this x
